Professional liability insurance: There exists a professional liability insurance at R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Raiffeisenplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, for WÜRZLE AICHER RECHTSANWÄLTE. The geographical scope of the insurance is the entire EU area together with the EEA states. The insurance coverage extends also to claims in connection with the consultation and work with Non-European law, as well as activities as a lawyer before courts of law outside of Europe. The term Non-European applies to the area outside the EU and the EEA states.
Professional regulations: The following scales of charges and professional codes shall apply: Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), Lawyers’ Code of Conduct (BORA), the Rules of Specialized Lawyers (FAO), Lawyers’ Compensation Act (RVG), Professional Regulations of Lawyers of the European Union (CCBE-profession rules). Out-of-court dispute regulation: In the event of dispute between lawyers and their clients, extrajudicial mediation at the appropriate Bar Association (according to § 73 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 i.
